About the Course
Mach3 is a powerful and flexible CNC control software that enables the computer-based control of CNC router machines. It manages the machine's X, Y, and Z-axis movements, executes G-code files, and allows the operator to monitor the machining process on-screen.
Parameters such as motor speeds, axis directions, home and limit sensors, spindle control, I/O settings, and work offsets can be configured within Mach3. Additionally, advanced features—including automatic tool changing, macro usage, and custom control functions—can be set up.
The software is widely used for CNC operations such as cutting, milling, grooving, and engraving. Because it is compatible with various control boards and machine configurations, it offers a flexible and practical control solution, particularly for CNC router systems.
